Author Information

Anderson Zaca lives in NYC and holds a degree in photography and film production. He is the author of Block Party NYC: Soul of Summer and Fire Island Invasion - Day of Celebration. Zaca has exhibited his work internationally and traveled extensively for various photo documentaries, assignments, and commercial projects. His commercial clients include Nike, Budweiser, Neiman Marcus, Spotify, Renault, Rolling Stone, The Economist, and many others, and he has also collaborated with Fujifilm, Samsung, and Sony. In 2018, he received the Best Fashion Photographer award from the Visual Arts Press Awards. Panzi is one of the founders of Invasion in 1976 and has kept the drag culture alive and strong. Panzi is featured in the book, Legends of Drag, as one of the 50 most influential people of the Drag Queen culture in the US. At Invasion, Panzi is the voice heard by all.
