Author Information

Dr. Luc M. Oke is a poet, a physician, and a scientist. He was born in the country of Benin in West Africa, where he completed his early education and medical school before moving to France, where he lived for several years and trained as a cardiologist. He later moved to the USA and presently lives in the Washington DC, metro area. He is a prolific writer, and his poetry explores profound existential and philosophical questions and society issues. Finding Light in Philadelphia is his second published poetry book.
