Andy Mason comes from New Zealand and has 15+ years of experience helping individuals and organizations discover and align with purpose, then develop practical steps to make dreams a reality. He has worked for a national consultancy firm and a leading financial institution and has invested in international community development. Andy is the founder and director of Heaven in Business (see HeaveninBusiness.com), a movement to connect and catalyze believers in the marketplace to partner with God in their realm of influence. This has led to the development of curriculum in Bethel's School of Supernatural Ministry, workshops and conferences, an online learning platform, and a growing community of men and women in the marketplace who are distinguished from their colleagues by the tangible Presence of God. Andy is the author of God With You at Work, available in multiple formats. Together with his wife, Janine, Andy also leads Dream Culture, catalyzing people to discover and live their dreams. In 2011, they coauthored the book Dream Culture: Bringing Dreams to Life. Their Dream Journey workshops are now being used in churches, schools and community centers around the world. With her husband, Andy, their four elementary aged children and ten suitcases, they arrived in Redding, California in August of 2008. They had a dream to give their lives to develop people. Little did they know they would soon be partnering with Danny Silk at Bethel Church and helping develop an organization to build the lives of people. In January 2011, Janine and Andy published their first book Dream Culture: Bringing Dreams to Life. This has now been translated into a second language and they are working on a workbook and DVD workshop to continue to expand the message of hope and empowerment. Prior to coming to California, Janine's background was in people development, adult training and project management, for both non-profit and profit based organizations. In addition to being a wonderful mother to four children, Janine brings a strategic and relational aspect to all she is involved with. She is known for her perceptive questions that quickly help clients get to the heart of the matter and develop practical and holistic approaches to moving forward. Janine is also a certified Calling Journey Coach and Coach Trainer, having trained with Tony Stoltzfus of Coach22. Janine is skilled at bringing an understanding of where individuals are at in their unique journey of life purpose, or calling, and applying it's lessons to life today. She help's clients know how to get everything they can out of the stage they are in, how to meet God and be transformed in Valley seasons, how to identify Life Messages that make up one's being call and how to align priorities and roles during your current season on your life journey. Janine and her husband Andy live out their core motivation in helping people discover purpose and empowering them to live it well. This has been their purpose in building Dream Culture - catalyzing cultures where people encourage and empower one another to discover their destiny and live their dream. This has involved workshops, coaching and culture development with organizations ranging from churches and schools to businesses and community centers.
