While each book has its own climax, this ... is a most satisfying read. I've read a considerable amount of urban fantasy and this one is right up there with the best. The characters are original and each one has her/his appeal and an interesting character arc. The plot keeps you turning pages through this dark world where demons are gaining on humans. There was just something about this book that pulled me and kept me turning the pages. I really dug Tazia's whole character, BAMF to the max ... Ben Amazing! This has to be one of the best books in this type ... the plot is tight, I found myself caring for the characters ... Tazia is a character with a past, which makes you both love her and hate her ...
