BOOK DESCRIPTION Jonathan Chapel was just a scrawny kid living in a rough neighborhood, trying to keep his sisters safe and fed. When someone takes an unhealthy interest in one of those sisters, Jon is faced with a dilemma. When the local cops work hand in hand with the criminals, and regular folks must hide in terror from the gangs, Jon is forced to take matters into his own hands.
