Overview

In this uplifting and inspirational call to arms, Bill Novelli, speaks to the growing number of fifty something's and over about how they fit into the retirement revolution and can effect major changes in the entire nation. Encouraging action and influence instead of passivity, Novelli urges the fifty plus generation to consider: re-thinking health care through different insurance plans and by educating young people to consider the consequences of their health later in life; building communities where retirees can remain active citizens with transportation readily available; and, how they can erase the stereotypes currently associated with retirees by taking a more active, visible role in civic affairs and in the greater community.Illustrated with retiree success stories of living life and implementing change, Fifty Plus is a rallying cry for an aging nation by a man who knows how to get the job done.

As 78 million baby boomers retire, this nation can provide a positive revolution for change or continue the politics of gridlock, division, and partisanship.
