Review from St Mary's Children's Home: The book the kids started was very interesting. We could practice reading and understanding. We spoke about the story and discussed how the dog felt. We spoke about feelings. The book introduced us to scripture and how God works in our lives for our good. It was a very good idea to end the introduction of the book with the comparison of where he came from and where he was now. The use of dull and bright colors really showcased sad and happy to the children's. The kids loved ending the introduction with a coloring of a picture of the dog on his bed. It gave me an opportunity to ask how coloring in makes them feel. We can't wait to find out the big mistake.
