Overview

The V-shaped engine with 65 Degrees angle dates back since long at Ferrari, and can be divided in two main parts. First came the period of the classic V6 engine also known as the Dino from the first engine designed and built in 1956. Then second period began in 1989 and continues today and refers to the modern V12 engine with the new aspirated F1 unit.
