Overview

Sami is originally from Afghanistan and has just moved to Seattle. He meets Rosa, who comes from Ecuador. The two discover a common interest in birds. He likes to draw and she likes to write. Together, they embark on a project to create a book about all the birds they see. Joyeeta Neogi has been working as an illustrator for over ten years, using both traditional and digital mediums. Her colorful, playful style brings picture books to life.
