Overview

Feast as a Family is a cookbook written by a working mom of two who works with families to help them make their nutrition a priority. After battling her own addiction to sugar and grains, it became her mission to offer a resource that was easy to follow, easy to make, and tastes great. With sections specialized for those who are grain free and sugar free, and options for those wanting to utilize the ancient grain spelt flour, honey, and pure maple syrup instead of wheat or processed sugars, you will find everything you need to feed your entire family along with over 100 recipes.
