She holds an Ed.D. in technology integration from Johns Hopkins, and an M.Ed. in elementary education from the University of Florida. Prior to working at ISTE, McLemore was an educational technology consultant with experience in curriculum design, educational research, instructional coaching and teacher professional development. She also worked for eight years in PK-12 independent schools as an academic technology specialist. McLemore is a Google Certified Innovator and Trainer, and an ISTE Certified Educator.
