Reviews

"""It was a pleasure to recommend Nanette Smalley for attending the school of American Chefs. Nanette was one of my students at the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, N.Y. During that period of a three week course, her professional cooking, behavior, work habits, love for food, ability to work with less knowledgable persons was excellent.  - Henri Patty C.E.C., C.C.E.  ""Chef Nanette Smalley's food was truly unforgettable, and beautifully, dramatically displayed. The wine pairings she chose were lovely. We received endless compliments from our guests. It was an elegant evening.  Thank you, Chef Nanette! - Anne Veague  ""Thank you for a most delightful & delicious dining extravaganza!!!! Oh, what a night! Best Goose ever! - perfectly crisp & amazing!!!Best wild rice ever- so moist, fluffy & flavorful!! Best dressing ever-bar none- moist & lovely! Best sauce ever! Heavenly complex! Champagne, three wine pairings, soup, grapefruit dessert, lemon poppy cookies, puffy yam & nuts popping out of the tangerine, multi layered complex green salad...
