Favorite Hymns (Volume 1) is a collection of five favorite hymns for piano students. Volume One includes these popular hymns arranged for the early beginner: What Can Wash Away My Sin Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee When I Survey The Wondrous Cross Come, Thou Almighty King Jesus, What A Friend for Sinners Favorite Hymns also include hymn and rhythm worksheets, and rhythm and hymn worksheet answer keys. Kim Snow has been teaching children piano for over 20 years. As a piano teacher, she discovered that curriculum using hymns was limited and difficult to find. To address this need she began arranging hymns for beginner piano students. PraiseNotes.com is the fruit of many years studying hymnology, music theory and composition, and integrating such concepts as the Circle of Fifths, improvisation and other music principles in her piano studio. She is an expert in Finale/Cubase/MIDI software; operates her own in-house recording studio; and, has composed and arranged dozens of songs for children's choirs and church worship services. Her hymn arrangements have been published in the national publication The Church Pianist.
