His previous posts include Director General of Press and Communication and Chief Spokesman of the Commission, and Deputy Director General for Competition, European Commission. Ali Nikpay is Deputy Divisional Director of Competition Enforcement and Director of Competition Policy Co-ordination at the Office of Fair Trading.
