Did you ever think that your life is worthy enough to write a book? Neither did I. But here I am writing about events that have changed my life some for the worse and others for the best from being raised in a strict but well-established and caring home to reckless endangerment. It makes so much sense to be able to publish this book now because so much has happened in my life that I believe is the best time to share my story with the world. Some of you might be able to find yourself in my story, others might be able to connect to my story and some of you might know of someone that needs to hear about my story, and how there is not just one way to victory but many paths that lead you to your destiny. In this book, you are going to find out about me as a teenager, a young adult, and finally a mature man with flaws but with a sincere focus on my future. You're going to read about bad judgment in my decisions that took me to places where I had no business being, behaviors that I should not manifest, and reckless endangerment to me and those around me that led me to be incarcerated for fifteen years. I believe that this book was destined to be published now because it was just giving me time to reflect and also to be able to celebrate my victory of becoming a published author while I was no longer incarcerated. You will also find in this book hope, freedom, family, and faith that strengthened me to become the man that I am today. I would recommend this book to parents and professionals who work with teenagers and young adults who have difficulties adjusting to the norms of life, who feel challenged with nowhere to go or feel that no one loves them, or even navigating through systems that as teenagers they are not able to follow or keep up at times.
