Overview

Darien Perry has become the state-appointed clergy to Pedo Pavilion, a coastal detainment community of sex offenders. During an uncharacteristically cold winter, with war raging in Panama and panic stirring in the states, word of an unnamed natural disaster threatens the southern coast, isolating Darien amongst the detainees, unable to reach his wife and children.
