There are recipes and a sample meal plan as well to support those on this journey. Nanette Meredith graduated from Whitman College with a degree in English literature. Along with other previously published work, including a children's book, the dream of being a writer has led her to write this Lent Fast Bible Study. The ancient spiritual disciplines of Christian fasting and meditation helped her get through many personal, hard struggles experienced during the pandemic, and she hopes to share these gifts and lessons received along the way with others.
