She currently cares for liver transplant and hepatology patients and is a preceptor/mentor for ARNP and PA students, medical students and residents on their hepatology rotation. Ms. Chaney is a sought-after speaker for many national conferences, presenting on topics of liver disease, sepsis, and nursing professionalism and leadership. She has beenprimary author on numerous manuscripts and has been a PI for several research studies. She also serves as a journal reviewer for Journal of American Association of Nurse Practitioners (JAANP) and Journal for Nurse Practitioners (JNP).
