He holds the title of Visiting Professor at Kingston University and is also a member of the Chaire ETI at Sorbonne Business School. Rosy Boardman is a Senior Lecturer in Fashion Business in the Department of Materials, University of Manchester. Rosy’s research primarily focuses on digital strategy and innovation in the fashion retail industry. In particular, her research specialises in how technology can be used to enhance the customer shopping experience and improve social & environmental sustainability. Rosy specialises in eye tracking technology and qualitative research methods. Aidin Salamzadeh is an assistant professor at the University of Tehran. His interests are start-ups, new venture creation, and entrepreneurship. Vijay Pereira is Full Professor of International and Strategic Human Capital Management and Department Chair of People and Organisations department at NEOMA Business School, France. Michelle Brandstrup studied at Kingston University and obtained her post-graduate degree at the Designskolen Kolding. With a diploma in tailoring, and another in fashion design, she has been employed in Berlin, Paris and at Christianshavn, in Copenhagen.
