Dr. S. Puttaswamaiah is Lecturer in the Department of Economics, Bangalore University, Bangalore. Having specialized in Environmental Economics, his areas of research interest include agricultural economics, health economics, public economics and development economics. He has carried out different research studies in the above areas, while previously working in research institutes. He has published several research articles and contributed for state of Environment Report Karnataka and Karnataka Development Report.
