One night, a little girl frantically woke up, searching for a paper. She wasn't sure what she was feeling, suddenly, the pages were filling with words. Her heart grew heavier as she felt her emotions surfacing, rolling down her cheeks with every word laid on the sheet, but also freeing, because she finally understood what talking to her heart felt like. That was years ago, and I still continue to write-talking to my heart.
