Overview

The recipes in this book for making pizza are the result of the long years I spent with my mother and sisters helping them to cook many tasty pizzas. What I learned about cooking I learned mostly by observing and asking questions, which led to something good. Whenever I asked my mother how she made her pizzas, she would share with me how she did it. Underneath her lists full of recipes, as well as handwritten notes, cookbooks and pages of magazines cut out with recipes my mother barely touched, is a precious collection of our family's favourite dishes, etched forever in our memories. Most of the pizza recipes in the book reflect much of our family's past. They are the pizzas prepared in the kitchen of my house and reflect much of our family's past and the tradition of Italian origin. They are the pizzas prepared with our own hands over time. It is said that variety is the spice of life. And so, you will find here a variety of recipes to make tasty, appetising, fantastic and easy pizzas straight from my family's table to yours.
