Overview

The family institution is currently facing one of its greatest attacks more than at any other period in history. And more than ever before, the family needs total deliverance from troubles, woes and calamities that befall it daily. Satan the arch enemy of man has penetrated the human family and is causing serious battles and endless wars. People attribute the crisis in families to misunderstanding or disagreement, but it is actually Satan who is behind the woes and bondages in families. Satan has determined to cause havoc and destruction in families. He would do anything or pay any price to destroy a family. Quite a number, even in the churches are victims of this satanic onslaught against families. There are many situations where a whole family is under the influence of demonic strongman, curse or destructive covenants. A whole family may be under a spell or bewitched. Some people come from families where the bread winner die suddenly or where who ever aspires to build a house will eventually have the building site as his or her burial place. There is something called family bondage. This means that the members of a particular family are under a particular curse, or under a particular spell. The bible makes it clear that a whole family can be cursed; look at David's household. When David sinned against God, He issued five curses against him: one of the curses was that sword will not depart from his household, and it is still effective till today. Beloved, the problem you are facing right now may not be your own doing, it may be as a result of Evil family bondage which can be in the form of genetic problem or evil pattern; the bible says that the sins of the father will be visited on his children to the forth generation and some times to the tenth generation. A classic example was the case of Gehazi the servant of Elisha. Elisha cursed Gehazi saying: the leprosy of Naaman shall cleave unto thee, and unto thy seed forever , it automatically means that all his family generations were already cursed. The good news however is that Jesus has redeemed us; He died in our place; He bought us with His precious blood so these family curses cannot affect us again. We need to remove ourselves from every evil family curses and confess with our mouths that we belong to the family of God. As you start these prayers, God will empower you to pray your way to breakthrough and every family bondage and curses shall be broken completely.
