A 1994 graduate of Boston University College of Communication, Mike Maloni has fought mental illness throughout the years, and his heart has never been far from his alma mater. The author lives in Wilbraham, Massachusetts, a suburb of Springfield. This story shows the pride he finds in both sides of the state. He is very optimistic about his future and for others in their battle against conditions they cannot see. This is his eighth novel. ""I believe that sports in general bring about very respectful rules and regulations that help young people grow up. Oh, yes! They are also fun!""
