Ellen Moore Osborne is an artist originally from Richmond, Virginia. She studied printmaking at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, and at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In addition to printmaking, she uses photography and mixed media collage to express her ideas.
