Overview

An old friend reaches out to Detective Charlene 'Charley' Warlock about a missing companion. Professor Knox has a case for Ashley Kincaid to look into concerning a dead priest. As their cases and worlds collide, a new mystery rises to the surface, and the duo of Warlock and Kincaid have a race against time before someone steals a value magical artifact. Set in the fictional city of St. Constantine, Florida, during the 1940s, this is written in the style of the older pulp novels and stories found in the older pulp magazines, but it has been written for the present state-of-mind reader. The series is for readers who enjoy a partner detective series similar to Sherlock Holmes & Doctor Watson along with the pulp adventure-style writing in a post-WWII urban fantasy noir setting.
