Overview

After the war against the Evil Master, Falcon and Shecon retreat to the quiet of the Thundarr Forest. But peace rarely lasts long for the bloodline of Falcon. When Rita Faros-still weak from her wounds-receives word that her son Cal has been caught in a scandal, she summons Faro Faros to the city to save the Faros name. Faro's journey from forest to city begins aboard the hovering train to Thundarr City-a planet's heart of industry, greed, and illusion. Beneath the neon towers and magnetic rails, he finds a civilization ruled by profits and powered by Thundranum. The mysterious businessman known as Mr. Clown has begun replacing wounded Soilmen with mechanical parts, selling their lives for the promise of efficiency. When one of these Cycle Cyborgs malfunctions and attacks a diner, Faro intervenes-drawing the attention of a daring news reporter named Ronda Riy.
