Jeff Young has hunted, fished and explored the wilds of New Mexico and Southern Colorado for over 45 years. Although fly fishing is his favorite passion, he also enjoys mountain biking, skiing, big and small game hunting, hiking, trail running and watching his kids shoot 3D archery and sporting clay competitions. Jeff started the Sandia Mountain Snowshoe Race in 2000 and has served on the New Mexico Game and Fish Central NM Habitat Committee. Jeff is also a newly certified NM Hunter Education Instructor. Jeff attends Mountain Christian Church in Cedar Crest. He lives in Sandia Park, NM with his wife Patti, and two sons, Canyon, 20 and Cody, 16.
