In this series he published The Failure to Prevent Genocide in Rwanda (2007) and International Crimes and other Gross Human Rights Violations (2011). Wessel N. Vermeulen, Ph.D (2013, University of Luxembourg), is a post-doctorate researcher at OxCARRE, Department of Economics, at the University of Oxford.
