Overview

I (the author) am a primary teacher. I have no idea how the world will be when these kids are adults! I can only get them ready to be adaptable, open, deep-thinking, aware of the world around them. It feels like the 2000's are changing exponentially fast, and with it, the mindsets and skills needed to stay current. As such, I bring in the 21st century skills as often as possible in the classroom. Pretty spooky, though, to see how few kids books there are on the topic! In fact I didn't find ANY books on Fail Fast mindsets and grit, a mindset that the younger generation is already showing, and hardly any on other general 21st century skills. So here is the first book of the series, aimed to upskill and provide a jumping board for teachers and parents to bring it into conversations, activities and games. In this book the frog characters use an A.I. image generator to create their own story, although finding the right prompt is never as easy as we'd like... Fail Fast is a mindset that is used more and more by designer, forward-thinking business people, game creators, etc. It isn't a mindset that promotes thinking calmly for a very very long time and creating the perfect result (very desirable when driving or at the doctor's). Instead it promotes planning, testing early, noticing improvements to make, planning, testing, observing, persevering, trying again, noticing... You get it.
