She is a teacher of special education and has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Buenos Aires. She trained in various psychoanalytical institutions and public hospitals. In her early childhood, she had her first encounter with the world of arts: she started piano and violin. Yet her first writings were ones that revealed her precocious literary vocation. She also made a foray into photography, as a way of artistic expression, participating in important exhibitions. Her works include Espejo de otros espejos (Mirror of Other Mirrors, 2003); Oscuros laberintos (Dark Labyrinths, 2004); Detras del velo (Behind the Veil, 2007); Rostros de arena (2010), and the English version in 2011, Faces of Sand; and Al otro lado (On the Other Side, 2012).
