Author Information

Manuela De Leonardis was born in Rome in 1966, where he lives. She graduated in History of Modern Art from 1997 to 2004 he collaborated with the National Photographic Archive / ICCD Rome, dealing with research, cataloging and indexing of historical photographic collections. Freelance journalist has been a member of Journalists since 1993. He currently writes for the visual arts for The Manifesto / Alias, Exibart, Art in part of Cult (ure), Andy Magazine. In 2007 he began working with curating the exhibition Italy rural Sixties: Sardinia, Basilicata, Calabria in the photographs of Mario Carbone, in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute of Lille, which is followed by others including: Little stories about Rome, Temple of Hadrian VI edition of FotoGrafia - International Festival of Rome (2007); Kakushiaji. Photographs by Reiko Hiramatsu (along with Nicoletta Zanella) - FotoGrafia 2008 - Rome, Galleria Navona 42 (also presented in the circuit off of European Photography 2010, Reggio Emilia); But death never. Photographs by Alessandro Martinelli (along with Nicoletta Zanella) - FotoGrafia 2008 - Rome, Biblioteca Angelica. Invited for readings portfolio to YES FEST - Savignano Images Festival 2008 and LDPF - Lucca Digital Photo Fest 2010 (in which part of the jury of the Del Carlo) was a member of the international jury of the visual arts of the Fine Arts Festival Muscat (Oman) in 2010.She has curated for Postcart three volumes of the Postwords Series with interviews of photographers and artists that work with photography.
