CJ Elumbaugh is the heart behind Latigo Lingo, a platform for Western poetry inspired by her cowgirl lifestyle. Growing up on a horse farm in Locust Grove, Arkansas, she embraced rodeoing and horseshowing. Life led her away from competition, but her passion for horses remained. In 2015, she and her husband, Rusty, began their cattle herd, reconnecting her with her roots. After a career shift during the pandemic, CJ rediscovered her love for writing, culminating in her poetry collection, Eye to Eye. She now aims to empower women through her Latigo Lingo Cowgirl Clinics, sharing the essence of the cowgirl spirit.
