Famous Artist Amrita Gupta, a born artist and a designer, is from Allahabad. She has completed B.Tech (Biotechnology) and LL.B. from ILS, Pune. Currently work in Intellectual Property Right Law. She is famous for her art and craft work with chalk carving. In chalk craving she has already made a record by making more than 500 in 2003. Art is one of her hobby and passion, which make her work look more awesome. She has invented Village Fridge which run without electricity and has been awarded by Rajya Vigyan Nav Pravrtak Puraskar - 2000 by U.P. Govt. and Bal Vaigyanic Samman -2001 by U.P. Govt., India and many other awards. She is also a Grassroot Innovator in NIF(National Innovation Foundation), Ahmedabad, India. She is a multi-task person. Some of her hobby are trekking, dancing (classical dance kathak), playing flute, cooking, jogging, painting, interior decoration, fashion designing, photography, try to learn everything and do experiments. She has conducted several exhibitions of her paintings in various countries. Recently, she has exhibited her paintings by making a record of more than 100 paintings on Lord Hanuman. She has discovered new way to express bhakti by her paintings. Also invented new method of making Hanuman in warli painting and became first to make it. Till now no one has made Lord Hanuman in Warli painting.
