Overview

In the monograph the peculiarities of extraction from apricot kernels, grape seeds and melon are given, the properties of ethanol as an extractant are analyzed. Experimental studies have been carried out to establish regularities describing the yield of the extraction process by ethanol solution from the influencing factors. On the basis of these regularities the optimum modes of carrying out of processes are revealed.
