Vito Rallo warns us in this book that one can't divorce yoga and martial arts from their evil origins in eastern occult practices. This book is timely and desperately needed. America is being infiltrated and subtly defiled by well-meaning people who are introducing yoga and martial arts as though they could be Christianized and useful for meditation and self-defense. Vito Rallo was born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1971. In 1983 he completed his first formal Bible training. In April of that year, he founded Free Indeed Ministries and began evangelistic outreaches. A graduate of Bethel Bible Institute, he also received a Doctorate of Divinity from Ames Christian University. Vito has authored several books that are being distributed around the world, and being used by church leaders and ministers as a guide for teaching believers the truths they contain. The print version of his first book, Breaking Generational Curses & Pulling Down Strongholds, has been a perennial best-seller since soon after it was first published. Prior to birthing of that first book, however, Vito himself experienced a several years-long fiery trial, during which the Lord showed him the reality of the strongholds existing with him that were hindering his Christian walk and communion with the Lord. Through the personal struggles, the Lord also showed him the fact that many other genuinely Born Again Christians have demonic strongholds present within them that produce similar spiritual hindrances affecting their Christian walk and relationship with the Lord.
