Also the smartphone and tablet is very common in the world now. It is the Information Revolution and it had caused a great impact in many fields. In the past, the distance learning (DL) students cannot obtain the full support from the institutions due to the technical limitations that might influence their study quality. Therefore, this project's research purpose will try to find out the DL model students and institution staffs opinions about the usefulness of mobile devices and technologies for their learning and teaching.
