Diane Schallen is an experienced homeschool mom and teacher. For the past twenty years, her popular series of living history classes, workshops, and camps were enjoyed by kids of all ages at her country home. Her first book, Explore Medieval Times is the result of her time-tested teaching experience. For Pioneer Days summer camp children built a full-size pioneer wagon and tested their abilities to grow and cook their own food, dip candles, make butter and sew prairie clothing.
