Author Information

Myron L. (Mike) Braunstein is Professor Emeritus at the University of California, Irvine, where he taught courses in experimental psychology for 40 years. He has served as Editor of Perception & Psychophysics and was founding chair of his university's Institutional Review Board for social/behavioral research. Prior to teaching at UCI, he was employed as a research psychologist at the Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory and at the Flight Safety Foundation. He is author of more than 80 journal articles and book chapters, of the book Depth Perception through Motion and of entries in the Encyclopedia of Perception and The Corsini Encyclopedia of Psychology.
