Dr. Surjit Singh is currently working as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Engineering at National Institute of Technology (Institution of National Importance ), Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. He has several years of experience in teaching and research. He has completed his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra. He has received B.Tech. degree in Computer Engineering with Honors and completed his M.Tech. degree with Distinction. He was State Board Topper during his diploma course in Engineering. He is serving as reviewer of several reputed journals including IEEE Transactions, Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis, IJITWE, IJFC, IJTD, IJEOE, IJSI, Inderscience listed in WoS/Scopus indexed databases, and also member of the International Advisory Board of WoS/Scopus indexed journals including, IJIIT, IJHIoT, IJICTE, IJWNBT, and JCIT . His areas of current interests are Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Wireless Sensor and Ad hoc Networks, and Computational Intelligence.
