Sometimes life gets us stuck with emotional junk and baggage, we will explore. Sometimes we need to identify that we are not okay but will be okay, validating feelings and recognizing patterns and how to socially and emotionally regulate. You will learn self care practices, you will learn to identify and validate feelings. Understanding about evolving of the self, adapting vs evoking and how we may evoke in a positive or negative way. Understanding many life examples and worksheet questions that will create self understanding, exploration, and skill building of self.
