Meanwhile, July heads off to a place where ""order"" is a dirty word. Just as dirty as everything else is in Fawkland. A place of pure and utter chaos, infested with gangs, with unsavoury types, and those not welcome anywhere else. There is only one rule in this place, the rule of Bore. A man who may seem terribly thuggish on first appearance, and disgusting on the second, but he somehow hides a secret that is blackmailing the great powers of the world. Pulled in two ways, the Red Hand and its Overlord must rely on the on the Left and Right Hands of Doom. But nothing is as easy as they hope, especially when the Global Police, the Bank of Alicanto, and the mysterious Qwerty Corporation are each coming to tear it all apart.
