Leon G. Cairns is a retired businessman with an entrepreneurial spirit. He served as a consultant and staff member of the Saskatchewan Royal Commission on Government Administration, Campaign Manager for political candidates at the provincial and national levels, and has served as a member of the board of directors of Nicky Cruz Outreach Inc. for over 40 years. More recently, he has been involved in the production of seven Christian television programs, three of which were aired globally to approximately 190 countries around the world. He is currently associated with a local ministry with a network of pastors and ministries throughout Saskatchewan. He resides in White City, Saskatchewan, Canada.
