Every Moment of Every Day

Overview

Every Moment of Every Day is a story for children who experience shared custody arrangements, and how protective mothers can support them when discomfort arises during parental transitions. A child may experience confusing emotions when they are going or returning from the other parent's home. This book is designed to reflect our best responses to our child's feelings, including offering support during moments of dysregulation, providing unconditional love and acceptance with appropriate interventions, and remaining attuned to our child's needs. Lending our children calm and bodily regulation techniques is vital when they are experiencing trauma.
