Jotham S. Stein is the principal of the Law Offices of Jotham S. Stein P.C., in Palo Alto, California, and St. Charles, Illinois (www.jotham.com). For more than twenty years, his law firm has represented entrepreneurs, C-Suite executives, board members, and senior managers, as well as less senior employees of all types and size companies. Firm attorneys work on employment agreements, separation agreements, M&A agreements, change in control agreements, stock option agreements, and much more. Jotham is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Princeton University.
