Darlene Russ-Eft is a clinical faculty member in the department of technology, leadership, and innovation and a professor emeritus at Oregon State University. Hallie Preskill is an independent evaluation and learning adviser and consultant with nonprofit and philanthropic organizations. Joshua B. Jordan is a change-management consultant and adjunct instructor in the Donald W. Maine College of Business at Davenport University.
