Reviews

Scholars and Practitioners of EU social and employment law will surely be most interested in reading this new textbook, for the accurate and authoritative handling of this increasingly complex domain of European Law. The main reason of interest in the new textbook written by Philippa Watson lies in the authoritative and comprehensive coverage of all the relevant aspects of European social and employment law 'as it stands', with an approach which is clear, rigorous and deeply informative especially for the attention paid to law-practice and technical issues Stefano Giubboni, University of Perugia, European Law Review 35
