The contribution of Kokkoris and Shelanski delivers exactly what it promises: a comprehensive legal and economic analysis of the EU merger control poilcy, providing valuable insights and guidance regaurding the manner in which concentration transactions are (or should be) appraised. For competition law practitioners, antitrust enforcers, and academics equally, this book is a definite must-read. * Catalin S Rusu, European Competition Law Review *
