An organization's most valuable assets are its people. This is the main thrust behind the case studies that comprise Edward L. Felton's latest book, Ethics, People, and the Workplace. The case studies in this volume deal with the ethics of people's behavior and how folk relate to or treat others in the workplace. This collection of business ethics case studies were designed to be used in the classroom, but reading groups, church groups, and other study groups will find these studies useful, as well. Dr. Felton is the Walsh Professor of Business Practice at the Mason School of Business of the College of William and Mary. He also heads the school's Walsh Ethics Initiative.
