Felton Jr. most recently was the Walsh Professor of Ethics and Business Practice at the Mason School of Business of the College of William and Mary. He has had a 35-year career in management education, research, and consulting, principally in the areas of ethics, strategy, governance, and international business. He has authored or co-authored more than a dozen books and more than 300 management case studies and articles.
